Everything that is purchased from me is handmade. All the charms are made from sculpey clay and then I use glaze over them so that they are shiny and a bit more durable. There is more about how durable they are in the FAQ section below.

As of this time, I will not give any refunds or exchanges on items ordered. I don't even want to think about the headache of arguing over a $2.00 item. I will package all items carefully to ensure they get to you in their best condition but I won't do returns or exchanges. Sorry.

Shipping rates vary for each item. When purchasing your item, you should be able to check how much shipping is. In my etsy shop, shipping is always $3.00 for the first item and free for the rest of the items in one batch order.

Finally, if you have an item that you want me to make for you, please email me at tiffany@tiffanybell.net. I will give you an estimate on the price and how long it will take to make before you purchase it. I will not start making an item until you have paid for it though. For special cases, orders and more, just send me an email! I promise I can compromise quite a bit.

How durable is the jewelry?
Please be careful with the jewelry. Because the charms are small and compact, they are pretty durable. I'm a clumsy person so I've dropped some during the making and they have been unharmed. However, they should still be considered fragile. Charms with extended features or small clay details are most likely at risk. Another thing you should consider is not to put a lot of stress on the metal loop that is attached to the charm. I would advise against sleeping with jewelry on. Try not to let the charms get wet either. I glaze them for protection but the metal could also rust. Other than that, your charms should be fine! ^_^
